On behalf of our client, we are looking for Customer Service Assistant in Limassol.
It will be an advantage if the candidates meet the criteria of ANAD programmes
Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are:
- After sale service and support for our trade customers
- Repair of faulty equipment in consultation with manufacturers
- Manage the RMA, inbound and outbound
- Assist with daily tasks such as dispatch of goods to customers, customer telephone support and orders handlingRequired Skills
- A college or university degree in computer studies or similar field
- Good knowledge of IT and consumer electronics
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full time position
Candidates living in Limassol will be preferred. Travelling Expenses will not be covered
Working hours: 9am to 6pm
