On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit for: French Customer Support Officer 


The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and complaints handling experience ideally gained within a Financial and Banking environment or Investment Firm although this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate strong written communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and maintain a pulse on user feedback, share knowledge, provide prompt and proper resolution to technical challenges, and provide meaningful feedback to product teams to make products better for clients.
