On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit for:

Secretarial Administrator in a corporate services company


Preparation of documents relating to company secretarial transactions e.g minutes, resolutions, share certificates, registrar forms, corporate registries, power of attorneys etc.

Handling of formation and registration of companies and changes in corporate structures.

Ensuring documents prepared are executed by relevant parties in a timely manner and processed accordingly.

Updating the corporate software with all the necessary corporate information.

Maintaining and keeping up to date all the secretarial files and statutory records of companies.

Monitoring own workload to ensure deadlines are met and highlighting potential delays or problem areas to the Team Leader.

Handling due diligence and KYC procedures.

Day-to-day administrative duties as assigned by the manager .


Required Qualifications:

University Degree or secretarial studies.

2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

Fluency in English (Verbal & Written).

Excellent knowledge of Quorum Corporate Software.

Good self organization.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Computer skills – Word/Excel/Outlook.

Working Hour: Full time: Monday – Thursday 8:00-17:00 with half an hour lunch break. Friday 8:00-14:00
